4.1. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

4.2. Full Payment: Full payment is required 14 Days prior to arrival.

4.3. Charges: You agree to pay all charges associated with your reservation as displayed on the Website.

5. 14-Day Cancellation Policy
5.1. Cancellations: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 14 days before the check-in date.
5.2. No Refunds: Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. No refunds or date changes will be provided for any cancellations made within this period, regardless of the reason.
5.3. Date Changes: Changes to the booking dates are not permitted within 14 days of the check-in date.

6. Party Policy
6.1. No Party Policy: Hotel Marvell always enforces a strict no party policy in all rooms and suites.
6.2. Room Occupancy: Room occupancy is limited to two adults. Group gatherings exceeding this number in rooms, suites, and public spaces are prohibited.
6.3. Consequences: Failure to comply with this policy may result in a minimum fine of $1,000 applied to your room account at the discretion of management. This policy is in place to protect the comfort, security, and safety of all hotel guests and staff and to protect Hotel Marvell property.

7. Children Policy
7.1. Accompanied by Adult: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to check-in and stay at Hotel Marvell.
7.2. Room Accommodation: Our guest rooms can accommodate two adults and one infant at no cost.
7.3. Supervision: Children must be accompanied by an adult in all public spaces.

14. Photography Policy
14.1. Commercial Use: Any activity for commercial or promotional use (including all photography and videography) is prohibited anywhere within the hotel and its grounds without the prior written consent of Management and without an authorized location agreement and acknowledgment form.
14.2. Professional Equipment: The use of professional camera equipment in and around Hotel Marvell’s public spaces is not permitted.
14.3. Unauthorized Activity: Management reserves the right to cancel accommodation and request the immediate cessation of any activity taking place in breach of this policy. Unauthorized imagery or video must not be published on any media and must be immediately removed from the public domain upon request from hotel Management.
14.4. Room Use: Hotel rooms are solely for guest accommodation and enjoyment. Rooms are not to be used as locations for commercial or unauthorized activity including but not limited to photoshoots, pop-up shops, and trunk shows.
14.5. Privacy Protection: Please note that Hotel Marvell has strict guidelines in place to protect guest privacy. All media, commercial, and promotional photography, videography, and activities require prior written approval from Management.
